Hide AdBut Live Nation, who were putting on the gigs, has now confirmed they have been cancelled due to the "latest developments regarding localised lockdowns".
Leicester is the only place to go into a city-wide lockdown, but smaller areas such as a Herefordshire farm, where 200 workers are self-isolating after 73 tested positive, have also gone into lockdown.
Acts would have performed to about 300 cars at each show, backed by concert-quality sound with a full lighting rig and LED screens.
